Who We Are
Unbroken Spirit Foundation is the realization of a dream born from resilience, courage, and determination. Its founder, Oguguo Chinonso Daniel, knows intimately the challenges and triumphs of living with a disability. Born and raised in Imo State, Nigeria, Chinonso’s journey is one of defying odds and inspiring change.
Chinonso graduated from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, Imo State, where he studied Business Administration and Management. Despite the societal barriers often imposed on persons with disabilities, he pursued his education with unwavering determination and excelled. His experiences fueled a desire to create a platform that could amplify the voices of individuals like him—individuals whose potential is often overlooked but whose spirit remains unbroken.
Unbroken Spirit Foundation was founded to challenge societal norms, advocate for inclusion, and empower persons with disabilities to live lives of dignity and independence. Chinonso’s vision for the foundation is deeply personal. Having faced and overcome numerous challenges, he envisioned a community where persons with disabilities are not just supported but celebrated for their unique abilities and contributions.
Through the foundation, Chinonso and his team have touched countless lives. From advocacy campaigns that raise awareness to skill-building programs that empower individuals, Unbroken Spirit Foundation stands as a beacon of hope.
